Yoresa Reserve Provider Terms

Last updated: May 25, 2026

1. Role of Provider

As a provider on Yoresa Reserve, you confirm that you are responsible for the listing, service, accommodation, space, equipment, vehicle, or experience you offer. You represent that you have the legal right and authority to offer and provide what is listed.

2. Listing Accuracy

You must ensure your listings are:

  • Accurate and truthful in all descriptions
  • Not misleading, exaggerated, or deceptive
  • Up to date with current availability and pricing
  • Priced correctly with all fees disclosed
  • Clear about location, facilities, and amenities
  • Clear about rules, restrictions, and requirements
  • Clear about your cancellation policy

3. Provider Verification

Yoresa may require you to submit verification documents depending on your listing category and country, such as:

  • Government-issued ID or passport
  • Business registration or licence
  • Proof of ownership or authority to list
  • Property or service permission documents
  • Insurance evidence where applicable
  • Safety and compliance certificates
  • Tax information or registration
  • Bank or mobile money payout details

4. Commission and Fees

Yoresa Reserve deducts a provider commission from each completed booking.

Launch Pricing: Yoresa Reserve currently applies a provider commission of 5% of the booking subtotal, unless a different rate is shown in your dashboard or agreed with Yoresa.

Commission may vary by:

  • Country or region
  • Listing category
  • Promotional periods or special agreements
  • Provider level or performance tier

Commission is shown before you accept a booking or confirm a reservation. Yoresa deducts commission automatically from your payout.

Your Payout: Your payout is calculated from the booking value minus Yoresa's provider commission and any applicable payout/transfer fees. The exact payout will be shown in your provider dashboard.

5. Payouts

Important: You are not paid immediately when a guest books.

  • Guest payment is processed through Yoresa or Yoresa's regulated payment partner
  • Your payout is released after check-in, booking start, or service completion (depending on category)
  • Payout may be delayed by banking or mobile money processing times
  • Payout may be paused where there is a dispute, suspected fraud, chargeback, cancellation, or policy breach

Payout statuses include: Payment Pending, Paid by Guest, Awaiting Check-in, Awaiting Service Completion, Payout Scheduled, Payout Released, Payout Paused (Dispute), Refunded, Partially Refunded, or Cancelled.

6. Provider Cancellations

You should not cancel confirmed bookings except for genuine unavoidable reasons.

Valid reasons may include:

  • Serious illness or medical emergency
  • Safety issue or security concern
  • Property damage making the listing unusable
  • Legal or regulatory issue
  • Emergency circumstances outside your control
  • Guest misconduct or breach of rules

If you cancel without valid reason:

  • Guest receives full refund
  • You may lose payout or be charged a cancellation/admin fee
  • Your listing ranking may be reduced
  • Your account may be restricted for repeated cancellations

7. No Off-Platform Circumvention

Important: You must not use Yoresa to obtain guest leads and then move payment outside the platform to avoid commission.

Breach may lead to:

  • Account suspension or permanent ban
  • Removal of all listings
  • Loss of platform protection
  • Commission recovery action
  • Legal action where applicable

8. Taxes and Legal Compliance

You are responsible for:

  • Your own tax obligations and declarations
  • Obtaining required licences and permits
  • Complying with local laws and regulations
  • Maintaining safety standards and inspections
  • Holding appropriate insurance where required

  • Avoid discrimination of any kind
  • Maintain safe premises, equipment, and services
  • Communicate clearly and promptly

10. Reviews

You may receive guest reviews after completed bookings. You must not:

  • Manipulate reviews through fake accounts or incentives
  • Threaten or intimidate guests over reviews
  • Offer compensation or benefits for fake positive reviews
  • Post false or misleading reviews of competitors

11. Removal and Suspension

Yoresa may suspend listings or accounts where:

  • Listing is fraudulent, misleading, or prohibited
